As already announced on March 1, 2022 the delisting of all 5'043'659 registered shares from SIX Swiss Exchange was approved for June 1, 2022. The last trading day on SIX is Tuesday, May 31, 2022.

In consideration of the lack of liquidity post delisting, remaining shareholders are urged to consider selling their shares on the Stock market before the delisting!

The Company’s 2022 ordinary general meeting of shareholders is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, May 11, 2022.
