Castle Alternative Invest AG (in Liquidation) distributes its final liquidation dividend of CHF 1.94 per share as of 11th July 2023

In connection with the advanced liquidation process of Castle Alternative Invest AG, the final liquidation dividend will now be distributed. The distribution corresponds to a total of CHF 9.77 million or CHF 1.94 per registered share and will be distributed from general legal reserves from capital contributions (not subject to withholding tax). The distribution takes place as of Tuesday, 11th July 2023 (Ex-Date: Friday, 7th July 2023).
